Smoothie with oats and strawberries
A super simple, super healthy and super seasonal breakfast recipe!
All soft fruit is in season in July in Scotland, so make the most of it while you can! This breakfast recipe is vegan, dairy free, gluten free and easy to make.
Preparation
Puree the strawberries and the orange juice. Add the porridge oats and soya yogurt and blend for another minute or so until you have a smooth consistency.
(you can decorate it with a sprig of mint)
