Tofu & Nori Balls
Seasonal Vegetarian, Gluten free, Dairy free recipe
Tasty and healthy, nori is a type of seaweed which is rich in micro nutrients and minerals.
Preparation
Drain the tofu, use kitchen roll to pat it as dry as possible.
Put the tofu, the egg, the tamari sauce and seasoning in blender and puree. Stir in the flour and add the nori and shii-take mushrooms. Shape into 20 little balls.
Put on an oven tray lined with baking paper and bake for around 20 minutes in a hot oven (200C / gas mark 6) or until the balls are crispy.
Serve with a salad and sweet chilli sauce.

- 1 egg
- 100 g shii-take, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp gluten free plain white flour
- 2 tbsp green sprinkle nori
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce
- Plain Tofu
- Sweet Chilli Sauce to serve
