Clearspring organic Yaemon tamari soya sauce is free from wheat, gluten and dairy.
The Double-Strength Tamari Soya Sauce is now called Organic Japanese Yaemon Tamari Soya Sauce.
Clearspring Organic Japanese Tamari Soya Sauce has an award-winning flavour that’s rich, full bodied, complex and concentrated – but never overpowering. It’s perfect as a dipping sauce, as a traditional accompaniment to sushi and sashimi, and can be used as a condiment to give depth of savoury flavour to salad dressings, marinades, sauces, stir fries and cooked vegetable dishes.

Gado Gado is an Indonesian vegetable salad, popular in the Netherlands. Normally with eggs, but this is a vegan version. Of course, feel free to add a couple of boiled organic eggs if you want it vegetarian. This recipe contains 2 tbsp tamari sauce.
- Tofu and Courgette stir fry
Courgettes are in season in July and August and can be used for many different dishes. This recipe contains 2 tbsp tamari soy sauce.
- Cabbage and Noodles
