Mari's Porridge
Seasonal Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy free, Egg free recipe
Our Italian wwoofer gave us this recipe while staying with us. It's a very healthy breakfast and so easy to make!
This recipe requires no cooking! Raw and tasty.
Preparation
Mix together the oatmeal, chia seeds and muesli and put in a jar or bowl.
Add enough almond milk to cover it, cover the jar/bowl and leave to soak overnight.
In the morning add date syrup to taste and any seasonal fruit.
Here are some variation tips to make it seasonal year round:
strawberries or soft fruit in summer
dried figs, sultanas, apricots and seeds in winter
blueberries in early autumn
cacao nibs or dark chocolate in spring

- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 glass almond milk
- 3 tbsp medium oatmeal
