Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 handful of spinach or rocket
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 frozen banana, chopped
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 3-4 mint leaves
