Gratin with Red Onions
Seasonal Vegetarian, Gluten free, Egg free recipe
Enjoy this gluten free gratin with a nice leafy salad from the garden (or the supermarket)!
Preparation
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for about 5 minutes until soft.
Grease an oven dish with some oil and add the onions in a layer and then add the sliced cheese.
Slice the tatties into really thins slices and layer them on top of the cheese/onions. Mix together the soya cream and mixed herbs and season to taste.
Pour this mixture over the tatties.
Bake in a preheated oven of 200C/gas mark 6, for 45 minutes until cooked and browned.
Enjoy with a nice leafy salad from the garden (or the supermarket)!
