Ms Matcha - Cocktail
Seasonal recipe
Ms Matcha is a cocktail made with our Matcha green tea powder, similar to an espresso martini; this is with the Japanese twist. The pear puree makes this very creamy and easy to drink. Perfect to drink at any time of the day.
Preparation
- On a small place, place one teaspoon of coconut sugar with a sprinkle of matcha powder, mix with a spoon. Wet the rim of the glass with the fresh lime, flip the glass upside down and garnish the powder all around the edges.
- In a cocktail shaker, place the rice syrup, lime juice, Pear puree, Matcha and crushed ice and shake until all looks blended. With a strainer, pour the liquid into your glass, use a spoon to sieve through the remainder. ( The crushed ice is only to cool the drink in the shaker.)
- Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 50ml Gin
- 50 ml Clearspring Pear Puree
- 1/4 teaspoon Clearspring Organic Premium Matcha
- 20/30ml Clearspring Rice Malt Syrup
- Squeeze 3-4 pieces lime or 20ml lime juice
- Crushed ice
- Matcha coconut sugar rim for garnish
