Hot Toddy
Seasonal Vegetarian, Dairy free, Egg free recipe
Traditional Scottish drink made with whisky, cloves, cinnamon and lemon juice.
Preparation
Squeeze half of the lemon and cut the other half in slices.
Add the whisky to a glass, add the boiling water (how much water depends on how diluted you want the toddy to be), add the cloves, cinnamon stick, lemon juice and finally add the honey to taste.
Decorate the rim of the glass with a lemon slice studded with cloves if you wish.

- 35 ml Whisky
- 1 tbsp honey
- 100 – 200 ml boiling water
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 cloves (more for decoration)
- 1 organic lemon
