Tamari Soy Sauce, naturally brewed by fermenting in cedar casks for 2 years, with a slightly richer taste than the Shoyu soy sauce. Gluten free soy sauce.
Sanchi gluten free tamari soy sauce is batch brewed, all natural and aged for 2 summers to create a delicious rich gluten free soy sauce
Ingredients: soya beans (49%), water, salt, distilled alcohol (from sugar cane), koji seed (Aspergillus oryzae)
