This vegan roast is features a tender chicken-style fillet which is filled with a homemade garlic and rosemary sausage stuffing, this is a Christmas centrepiece to die for. Smother it in gravy, add roasted roots and veggies, sit back and enjoy a stress free, flavourful, luscious festive feast!
