Liquid malt extracts are produced by the aqueous extraction of sugars from malted barley, and their subsequent concentration into a viscous syrup.
Use liquid wheat malt extract as a base to create European style wheat beers.
Add wheat malt extract to all grain or extract brews to boost volume, add body and mouthfeel whilst maintaining a balanced malt taste suited to European style wheat beers.

Malt extract (wheat malt 44%), barley malt, water
