Makes 40 pints of quality wheat beer, German style. Tastes smooth and full bodied with a light delicate clove aftertaste and bubble gum flavour.

German Weiss, Wheat beer
Approximate 4.8% A.B.V. (this depends on the ambient temperature in your house)
All beer kits include instructions and chemicals needed.
You will need to add sugar and water.
To make beer at home you will also need accessories like:
5 gallon plastic fermentation vessel
Siphon
Sterilizing solution, like campden tablets
Bottles or pressure barrel
Hydrometer (optional)
