Each capsule provides 400mg of pure ginger. Ideal to take in the first trimester, ginger has been shown to contribute to normal functioning of the stomach in early pregnancy. Additionally, ginger can support the body during breastfeeding and lactation.
Take as required in capsule form. The capsule can also be emptied and added to food and drink including smoothies and yoghurts if preferred.
